Resolved Question: Colour Racism in Romania?
I will be travelling to Cluj-Napoca in Romania for 1 night in November to watch a football match (Pandurii Targu Jiu), and one of the people I will be travelling with has a brown skin colour and is worried about being attacked or harassed, as eastern europe has a reputation for it's racism.
Is this true? Does anyone have any other information?

Yes, I know this city is int Romania, but I here a lot of Hungarians live there and that confuses me. So, if someone there is Romanian, are they really Hungarian because the amount of them living there? Or the Romanians there are still Romanian with no Hungarian ancestry?
