Resolved Question: Questions about Estonia?
So, I'm moving to Tallinn, Estonia, and I have a few questions about the country before I have to integrate.
First of all, how's the internet access there? And can you bring American computers into Estonia and still use their internet?
If one's Estonian language is rather limited, but they speak pretty good Russian, how easily would they be able to communicate?
I think that's all, but anything else you can tell me about the country would be great.
