I’m going on a two week school trip to Quito, Ecuador. We will be traveling down the Amazon (Napo river) and we will also be going to the Galápagos Islands with a tour company. I’m like any teenager and love and value my iPhone (and I’m not getting another of if this one gets broken or stloen) This place will be beautiful and there will be so many photos to take. I’m wondering if I should leave my phone at home in the states are risk it with me.

Since snow forms in cumulonimbus clouds that produce heavier rain and storms since cumulonimbus clouds can have temperatures from well above freezing down low, to well below freezing at their tops. So that would mean the water vapor transitioning into a crystalline state at the anvil of the cumulonimbus--and they would be deemed as snow. Since cumulonimbus clouds exist practically all the time in the tropics, it snows very often in the tropics at the top of the clouds. Thanks
