  Resolved Question: Is Puerto Rico a tourist
I want to travel somewhere this summer but I generally hate tourist traps/hotspots like Cancun. Is Puerto Rico considered a very touristy spot? I'm also considering Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. I don't like to travel to another country only to be surrounded by more Americans. I'm not saying zero tolerance, but I like to experience other cultures and since I'll be traveling with some other people I won't be able to go somewhere too far away like Italy. I'd prefer to hear from someone who's well traveled and has actually been to Puerto Rico, specifically San Juan as that's probably where we'll end up if we choose PR.

Hi! My parents have offered to send me and my fiance on our honeymoon this coming July, and we are trying to pick a place to go. We have heard good things about Puerto Rico and Costa Rica. How expensive are they? (Our airfare and hotel will be covered, but we will have to pay for all our food and activities.) Which one is more romantic? What kind of activities does each one have? (I know Costa Rica has beautiful rainforests.) What was your experience with either place?

  Resolved Question: Where should I travel to?
I'm thinking somewhere like puerto rico or costa rica, I know nothing about any of those places down there and don't have that much money to spend but want to go somewhere beautiful. It should also be easy to fly to (no small plane travel). This trip is for me and my boyfriend. Also any suggestions of the best website to book through? We will fly out of milwaukee or chicago so if you know of any direct flights that would be cool. We are also thinking about looking for somewhere to live down there somewhere (again I no nothing about places down there) cheaply and safely for a few months possible so if you have any ideas for that too that would be great. Thank you!
